The following images have been snapped from video I took of the August 11th total solar eclipse whilst in Northern France. The path of totality swept arcoss a narrow band of England, France and Europe before passing to the middle east and Asia. Bad weather along much of the northern european route meant many disappointments however the sky remained totally clear near this town to the east of Rouen long enough for an excellent view of the moons passing between the sun and the earth.
